Needed the mandatory recall for air bags. Made an appointment for 10 am on 27-Apr-2026 at Honda Owings Mills (Maryland USA). The service agent said it will be 2.5 hours. After 2.5 hours, that said another 1.5 hours. Why bother making an appointment if it still needs 4 hours to update a software fix? Horrible service. Seems everyone is waiting for 3-4 hours minimum. Looks like a trend and not an exception. Eventually they were not able to complete the fix as well. So 4 hours wasted in the dealership without any result.

I got a note that the car was delivered by AAA, but I received no notification from Honda of Owings Mills (HOM) that is had arrived. Honda of Owings Mills is a dealership with excellent employees. This is my fifth experience buying a new vehicle from them. A couple of days ago I met with Peter Schwab and Andrew (?). Once you agree on a price, they take you to sign the papers in the back and the numbers are more expensive than what you agreed on. They hope you're dumb and sign without reading. There's a bigger woman that works there and tries to say "well you already signed the paper" after I called them out. Worst dealer experience I've ever had.

The part of the service I most appreciate is the multipoint inspection. It tells me what needs to be done, but they do not pressure me to fix it.
